The cypress of poets

An old cypress tree was getting very old. Every year, as I went to pay it my visit, I could see the damage of time. A sculptor managed to give it a new life: a man's head for the strength of its trunk, a female face for the sweetness of its leaves; a bird's profile for all those who had been welcomed there during a long tree's life. Thanks to the talent of the sculptor David Puech, the old cyprus tree still makes me dream. At all times of the day.
